Training Assessment
Elite Speed Sports Performance · Inverness + Southglenn
Start with a free assessment.
A coach learns your goals and your sport, tests how you move and builds the right program. Youth, high school, college and adult athletes.
01 / What happens
Forty five minutes
that set the plan.
Every program at Elite starts the same way: with data on the athlete in front of us, not a template.
Goals and season
Sport, position, schedule and what the athlete wants next: a roster spot, a scholarship, a race, a comeback.
Movement screen
A coach watches how the athlete moves, where power leaks and what needs to be built first.
Speed and power testing
Sprint, jump and force plate testing give a baseline we retest every training block.
