Our Return to Performance program fills that critical gap. Working alongside your medical team, our certified performance coaches design a progressive, criterion-based return-to-sport protocol that rebuilds strength, restores movement quality, eliminates compensations, and systematically prepares you for the demands of your sport — at game speed, under fatigue, with confidence.
Our Return-to-Performance Protocol
Phase 1: Movement Assessment & Baseline
Comprehensive movement screening, strength testing, and biomechanical analysis to identify asymmetries, compensation patterns, and areas of deficit. We establish objective baselines so progress is measurable, not guesswork.
Phase 2: Foundational Strength & Stability
Progressive loading to rebuild tissue capacity, restore joint stability, and correct movement compensations. Focused on establishing a foundation of strength that supports the demands of athletic activity.
Phase 3: Power & Sport-Specific Loading
Introduction of plyometrics, reactive movements, change-of-direction drills, and sport-specific loading patterns. Building the explosive capacity and dynamic stability required for competitive play.
Phase 4: Return-to-Sport Testing & Clearance
Objective testing against sport-specific benchmarks: strength symmetry indices, hop testing, agility assessments, and sport-simulation under fatigue. You don't return until the data says you're ready — and you'll return with confidence.
