Yes. You can pay with your regular credit or debit card and then follow Truemed’s instructions to submit your eligible purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is documentation from a licensed healthcare provider indicating that a product or service is recommended to help treat, manage, or prevent a specific medical condition. Truemed helps eligible customers obtain this documentation.
Truemed's health assessment is offered at no additional cost to qualifying Elite Performance Center customers.
After completing the Truemed health assessment, eligible customers generally receive their Letter of Medical Necessity after it has been reviewed by a licensed provider. Timing may vary.
After receiving your LMN, follow the reimbursement instructions provided by Truemed. You'll typically submit your purchase documentation and LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator.
