The Methods
Specialized Treatments & Technology
The same tools trusted with high-level athletes, applied one-on-one by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
ARPwave neuromuscular therapy
Data-Driven Return to Sport
Force plates and dynamic strength assessments measure strength, power, and side-to-side symmetry. Return-to-sport decisions are based on objective data, not guesswork or the calendar.
ARPwave Neuromuscular Therapy
An FDA-cleared, dual-waveform neuromuscular therapy that enhances muscle activation, improves circulation, and optimizes communication between the brain and muscles. By restoring efficient movement patterns, strength, and mobility, it accelerates recovery while reducing compensation patterns and future injury risk.
Learn more about ARPwave →Trigger Point Dry Needling
Thin, sterile needles target trigger points to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore muscle function, paired with E-Stim when appropriate for a deeper response.
Concussion & Vestibular Rehab
Athlete-specific, progressive protocols that address dizziness, balance, vision, and exertion tolerance for a safe, confident return to sport and daily life.
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)
A specialized cuff lets you build strength and muscle with lighter loads, ideal after injury or surgery when heavy lifting is not yet an option.
Manual Interventions
Joint manipulation and mobilization, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), active release, sports massage, and fascial stretching.
Corrective Exercise
Targeted exercise that fixes the movement patterns, weaknesses, and imbalances behind your pain, so you move better and stay healthy.
