Club update
Two pathways for the boys
The Victory and Anglers family is growing. For the boys' spring season there are two primary pathways, and we're waiting on a framework from CSA that tells us which route the allowances support.
See both pathways▾

CSA expansion
If the Colorado Springs grant is approved.
Victory and the Anglers become officially part of CSA: a larger developmental talent pool, more resources, and shared curriculum and coach development across the collective staff. Teams play in age-group alignment with a more set structure.

League-driven
If CSA integration isn't granted in the short run.
We keep playing in a league-driven, self-governed framework: less travel and more autonomy, with less support and governance and more strain on operational bandwidth.
Either way is a good solution. We'll share the route as soon as CSA confirms the framework.

What the training covers

Strength
Win the 50-50.
Squat, hinge, push, pull and carry, progressed week to week. Stronger in the tackle, more behind every strike, and sturdier joints that help lower injury risk.

Explosion
Strength turned into speed.
Jumps, medicine ball throws and acceleration work for a quicker first step and more power through the ball.

Agility
Brake, plant, go.
Deceleration and cutting mechanics that hold up at full speed, built on footwork drills like the ones in the film.

Speed
Win the space.
Max velocity, re-acceleration and repeat-sprint conditioning, so your player still has legs late in the second half.
Developing young people through the game, in skill, in character, and in faith.
