Front Range Volleyball — Performance Training
Jump higher. Land safer. Finish the season.
Volleyball is a jumping sport played on a hard floor. Private and semi-private performance training at Elite, built around the four things that decide a season: vertical, approach speed, shoulder health, and landing mechanics. It starts with an assessment.

Built for the volleyball athlete
Club season asks a middle to jump a few hundred times a week and land every one of them. Training for that is not the same as training for a weight room number.
Vertical & Approach
Force development, elastic strength and approach mechanics — turning horizontal speed into height at the net instead of losing it in the last two steps.
Landing & Knee Health
Deceleration and landing mechanics, single-leg control, and the ACL work that matters most for girls in a jumping sport. Every jump has a landing.
Shoulder & Overhead
Scapular control, rotator cuff capacity and thoracic mobility — so hitters and servers keep their arm through a long club calendar.
Court Speed
Lateral quickness, change of direction and short-space acceleration for defenders and liberos who live in three-foot windows.
Repeat-Effort Capacity
Conditioning built on volleyball's real work-to-rest rhythm, not distance running — so the tenth jump of a rally still has the first one's height.
Recovery & Rehab
On-site recovery and physical therapy for the knees, ankles and shoulders that carry a club season. Training and rehab under one roof.
How it works
There is no one-size program, because there is no one-size athlete. We start by measuring, then we build the schedule around your club calendar.
Performance Assessment
A 60-minute session with an Elite coach. Movement screen, vertical and approach measurement, landing mechanics, shoulder and hip range. You leave knowing the numbers.
Your Plan
We walk you and your athlete through what we found, where the risk is, and what to attack first — then recommend private, semi-private, or a mix.
Train
Sessions scheduled around practice and tournament weekends. Packages available in 8, 16, 24 and beyond, with rates that drop as the block gets longer.
